Refund policy

In the unlikely event that you need to return something to us, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To begin a return please email hello@yearthskincare.co.uk with your order number and your reason for wishing to return. Please note, all return costs must be covered by the buyer unless the item is deemed faulty.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return number, along with the return shipping label and return instructions. Items sent back to us without pre-authorisation and a returns number will not be accepted. For faulty items we will email you a pre-paid return label.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as personal care goods, this includes all soap and skincare due to hygiene reasons. If you are not sure if our skincare will suit your skin then please try a sample size before committing to a full sized product.
