Around 60% of the oil is made up of omega 3 - a vital essential fatty acid that is often depleted in problematic skin. It has been referred to as being nature's richest source of omega 3 and with good reason. With such high levels of omega 3 it offers exceptional reparative properties and is capable of improving, and rebuilding the skin barrier.
